Weird issue pasting repeatedly from clipboard whenever I drag a task or subtask
I have a very weird issue since updating to 2.114.7122.0 - when dragging an item around the screen, either a task or a subtask/checklist item. It basically slows right down and repeatedly pastes from my clipboard into the New Task or sometimes Notes field while I'm dragging (it seems to depend on where I have clicked recently), and so I end up with stuff in there like LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568LY2405080568 I have reinstalled the app and it's still the same.733Views1like4CommentsRe: EM+S E3 50 Seat Legacy donation - some customers being charged - why?
We've just had a bill. We hadn't even reduced our license usage since it was free, but due to staff changes generally, there were a bunch of these licences not even allocated, so we'll be paying for nothing at all. The subscription is still called '50 seat donation' as well.6.5KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Add custom entry to MS Teams chat context menu without MS Teams bot
For anyone who finds this later, as I did, I've been using this method Trigger flows from any message in Microsoft Teams | Power Automate Blog It lets you trigger a flow from any message, as described, and you just create a Flow and an optional Adaptive Card to capture information to send to your chosen destination. I'm using it to send the contents of the message by email to the IT Helpdesk as a new ticket 'created by' the person who sent the message you run it on. Once you create the flow, the option appears on the message overflow menu as shown, without a bot and without having to do anything other than creating the flow itself. Hope this helps someone.3.5KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Windows 10 Enrollment
SteveMacNZ_Old this is helpful, thanks, I'm following this thread for my own use; can you clarify how automatic redeployment works? Is this a retire/wipe/delete of the device, or something else? It would be lovely if we could just reassign the device to a different user like you could in old Intune, but until then - I found it hard to find a definitive 'best practice' for how to do this.1.7KViews0likes1CommentRe: Our Site link in Groups still redirects people to the Shared Documents Library
I am still getting this. A new group created today and most of our old groups still do this. I have managed to get one group to point to the right home page but I really don't now how I did that. All the others stay pointing to documents when you choose Home. We have first release on for just a selection of users. This is the only thing I can think of - the group that works contains only First Release people. All the others do not. Having said that, there's another group I just created that does only contain First Release people, and this still behaves wrong. So it's not as simple as I thought.2.4KViews0likes1CommentRe: Is there any way to copy library(list) from one site to another site or group?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to do this myself but with new style modern team sites, template lists and libraries I've created don't show up in the list of apps I can add any more. Anyone still using this that can help? Thanks Dev1.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Outlook 2016 Sharepoint Calendar - started throwing authentication protocol error
After removing update KB3118375 and then KB3118293, the error box is still present. I also have (may already have had?) a send/receive error 0x80070005/HTTP 401 relating to the same Sharepoint Calendar list: In fact, each time I remove these updates and restart, and then look in my installed updates, one of them is back - so I can't reliably say that it's not caused by one of them...1.5KViews0likes0CommentsOutlook 2016 Sharepoint Calendar - started throwing authentication protocol error
Hi, Outlook 2016 users (me included) are reporting this error message when their Outlook 2016 is connected to a Sharepoint calendar: This has literally just started yesterday, and I've just had a bunch of Office updates including Outlook KB3118375 (which doesn't specifically mention this), or it might be one of the other general Office updates not specific to Outlook. Has anyone else seen this and is there anything we can do other than removing whichever update we find causes it? Do I need to report this somewhere? Thanks Dev1.5KViews0likes2Comments
