Is Microsoft going to admit this is a problem? It still isn't listed in the KB's "Known Issues". Acknowledge this is a problem Microsoft and FIX IT.

I agree it has become terrible. I setup a support case in my tenant a few weeks ago and clicked the button for a call back. 8 hours later I get an email from the agent asking what the problem is.

After some more searching this looks to be an issue with the encryption ciphers. What clients are trying to RDP to Server 2016? Windows 10 or Windows 11? Use this tool to check your enabled encryption on the Server. https://www.nartac.com/Products/IISCrypto/ Check the cipher suite order as well. If you make a change you do need to restart the computer.
