Integrated - PowerApps Customized Form - not working
Hi, The Power App customised form is not being retrieved. When the user selects the 'Add new item' button a customised form should open, but getting this pop up. Does anyone know if there are any issues with SharePoint Online and this will hopefully resolve itself or any other potential solution as to why this is occurring. Hi, The Visitor permissions group used in SharePoint 'Everyone except external users' looks like it includes all accounts from Azure including non-personal accounts such as Service Accounts, Meeting Rooms and CAP's. All the accounts included seem to be to requiring Teams Phones MS licenses. Which many of the accounts, mentioned will not require. As anyone come across this and how did you manage it? We are looking at creating a new group which excludes the above mentioned accounts. Is this the best and only solution??Edit a SP list column unable to enter data
Hi, I'm trying to edit some data in a column within my SP list. The column type is Choice. The issue is the is not a 'Choice' field. When created it was going to be a Choice field but when I built the Powerapp that is feeding data to this column is has become a lookup field. So in my app the user selects Division and then the wards in the division are available for selection in the Ward field. Sort(Distinct) formula used looking at another SP list SharePoint PowerApp This as caused an issue as I need to edit one some values in the Division and Ward columns in SP. Can I amend the column values to Single line of text, without losing any of the data?? If not is there away I can amend, edit the data??Unusual Activity for a User
Hi, I have an issue with a user who raised a query that they are having issues syncing files to SharePoint. Whilst I'm investigating this another query came in advising that this same user has been creating folders and uploading documents...... They have confirmed that there account has not been shared and can confirm from the signing in logs on Entra that no suspicious IP address is being used. Anyone have any idea of what is occurring?? Hi, I'm viewing the same SharePoint list from different profiles but the profiles have the same permissions within the SharePoint list This is from the Data option from the App This is from the site contents of the SharePoint site There also seems to be an issue with the a Flow that sits behind this. Trigger- When an item is created (in SharePoint). I've confirmed that it is connected to the correct site and list. Any ideas of why one list is showing more than the other view and why the Flow is not working?? Regards ChrisRetrieving a Form in draft
Hi, I'm having some issues with users who are having issues seeing data that they have entered into a Form. They are not signing in as anonymous and I've been advised that a draft is saved up to 30 days from the last edit. So if they are signing in with the same credentials and using the same link to the Form, should they be able to see information they have previously entered and update this prior to Submitting?? Any assistance would be gratefully received ChrisUploading, playing and Sharing MP3's
Hi, Was wondering if any can assist. A team want to upload MP3's from OneDrive accounts. They seem to be having issues with syncing The files are received via Email in MP4 format and saved in a SP folder It is converted to an MP3 and saved in the same folder. Another case handler may then try to access the MP3 for typing (importing it in to Speech Exec) and it does not appear in the SharePoint folder. This person then has to access the original email, save the MP4 and convert to MP3 themselves in order to access it. This has to be done by each employee who needs to type. This can be up to 4 different people. The users who need to play these have the permission of Edit and Is there a simpler way to make these accessible?? Hi, The version history is turned And this is all that displays in version history I'm awaiting a response from the user if they have a saved version within their OneDrive... As far as I'm aware it seems to be the one user... But as you say it's very strange??? I have just noticed that this is appearing, so I'm I correct in thinking that if they publish this then the updates will appear?? This just seems to have appeared. Hi, I've had a query sent to me via a user who advices that a couple of word documents that are held on SharePoint have reverted back to the date is was created and it seems that there is no version history??? The documents are held in separate folders on the site Firstly, is this possible?? I've checked the recycle bin and can't find any document in there... Is there anywhere I can look at, search for as the documents have notes that relate to a patients progress and are required to assist them further.....Notes ae taken on a regular bases. The documents were created in August 2024 so at least three months of notes are no longer being seen... Regards ChrisRe: Microsoft List branching is this possible
DingkunXie I'm trying to create a Form directly from Microsoft List, so the information collated will be stored in the list. But some of the questions I would like to ask require branching to another question, depending on the answer, but I can't seem to find the action to enable branching...
