Yes, all customers will have those same columns. Product Feedback is generated from the feedback your users submit to Microsoft in each app. Net Promoter Score is a solicited survey in each of the apps so anytime they respond to that survey the data will show here. Lastly, Help article views is pulled from the content that your users are viewing on Support.Microsoft.com or our in-app help experiences.
