A while back we blogged about a solution to quickly apply a template to an incident using the task pane instead of opening the template picker dialog.

Well, now the esteemed Patrik Sundqvist (MVP) has created an additional solution that allows you to create an incident from a template by choosing the template from a flyout menu in the task pane. Nice!
