WOL not working for packages but OK for via Client Notification

We're using Endpoint Manager 2207.  If I right click on a PC or Collection and under Client Notification then Wake up then it works.  Under SITE WOL settings it's set to use the Client Notification Channel.  However, when deploying a package with "Send wake up packets" ticked then the WOL packet is never received.  I've tried switching the SITE WOL settings back to "directed subnet..." and then back to "notification channel" but no luck.  I've checked in the WOL logs on the server but can't see any errors.  Has anyone got any ideas?  Thanks
