I don't quite understand your description. Works fine on desktop and web? So where doesn't it work?

Do you mean it looks fine when on your primary monitor but not when on your 2nd and/or 3rd monitor? If so, it sounds like you have something happening with DPI settings and/or the resolution setting for your other monitors.

Right click your desktop and choose Display Settings. You can change the settings for each monitor. Maybe one of the monitors was changed somehow?

Agree with Chris: Could you please provide more information about your setup so why can understand better the problem you have?
Solution

I had this same problem on Teams on my desktop system, but not my laptop. After reading this post, I realized what was happening. Moving it from one display to another changes the video rendering based on the port the monitor is connected to. In his case, one monitor used a better graphics card, the other didn't. In my case, both my monitors come from the same graphics card.

After coming to that realization, I remembered another app having this same problem about 5 years ago. The solution was to turn off Anti-Aliasing (AA) on the video card. My driver has the ability to adjust the graphics settings per app, so I turned off FSAA (Full Screen AA) and AA for Teams. Then I exited and restarted teams and all was well.

I don't know what kind of video card you have, but it seems that it has either FSAA or AA. While those are great for games, text apps sometimes have this problem (at a rate of about 1 per 5 years for me!).

I hope this helps.

I had a similar issue recently on my Surface Book 2 when connected to the dock with additional monitors. In my case, all text on pretty much any app looked fuzzy. I couldn't figure out what it was, but after the latest Windows update (1809) its gone away and hasn't returned. I think it has something to do with having a high res screen where you use scaling ("change the size of text, apps and other items" in Display Settings) with additional monitors connected that are lower res and don't have the same scaling. It seems that scaling doesnt work perfectly all the time. Maybe it will point you in the right direction.

sorry, i meant to say that it worked at some point on my desktop, and currently works on webapp.

This seems to have been the fix! I tried changing DPI scaling in settings but when I turned off AA, closed and reopened teams it looked good. thanks!
