Stream "Storage Quota" Error
1. As of 11/13/2020, when I record a meeting in Teams, I see this notice when it is complete: "Your recording wasn't saved because you ran out of storage in Stream. Delete something or ask your IT admin for more space." I am given the option to download, which I do.
2. When I try to upload the video to my Stream channel, I get this error: "You can't upload this video because your tenant's storage quota has been exceeded."
I downloaded and deleted old videos and tried to upload the new ones again. I received the same error and opened a ticket with my IT department. I was told that Microsoft is "doing something" that is affecting Stream and there is no eta. Can anyone confirm this?
Thank you!
- CedricOSTERCopper ContributorHi Leyna, Have you contacted Microsoft as explained in this article? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/quotas-and-limitations
Maybe your Total videos > 500,000 , or total channels > 20,000 or total storage exceeded?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/license-overview#storage- ElevatekpCopper ContributorI have a follow up question on this...what happens to the Teams meeting recordings while Stream Storage has hit 100% mark already. Is there anyway to find and retrieve them? I am working on making some space available by deleting old videos.
