Agree with Yournicknamehere -- we need functionality changes like allowing install or retry for Required apps -- why not allow that? If the Required app hasn't appeared yet, allow the end user to pull it on demand, not wait some indeterminate amount of time to show up. We also see confusion when "Download Pending" is shown during the installation, or some spinning is going on -- and it's not clear when the app will come down. Some users see this for long periods of time -- why not detect this behavior, restart the IME service or Company Portal itself, and have a simple method to gather the logs for IT admins. Actually - just upload the logs to the Device Diagnostics blade under the Intune device. Please do things to make IT admins life easier -- with a focus on self-service for the end user, and automatic upload of logs.
