When we open a conversation in Microsoft Tech Community, we can get many replies/comments making it big and when we get a good reply or that the bug is fixed reply if it is a conversation about a bug, the thing is that those replies cannot be seen due to many replies in that conversation. 

 

So today I am suggesting a feature of pinning Comments/Replies in which you can pin three Comments/Replies in a conversation and keep it on the top of the conversation. It can be pinned by Microsoft Employees of that community, Community Managers and the user who posted the conversation. 

 

The working of this feature is shown in the following pictures:

When the pin is clicked, the reply will be pinned on the top of conversation and the user and will see the blue pin (pinned) icon. Users who don't have the privilege to pin/unpin will only see the pinned icon on the reply which will be unusable.When the pin is clicked, the reply will be pinned on the top of conversation and the user and will see the blue pin (pinned) icon. we kinda do that today, in that if a post has a best solution then it says under the original post "View Best Solution" but it doesn't re-order the comments below because we try to keep the chronology of the conversation intact.

 

That said I can see the benefit of what your asking, i would love to hear others views on this?
