Today we’re pleased to announce a collaboration bringing PC over IP (PCoIP) to Windows 365 Cloud PCs. HP Anyware for Windows 365 is now in public preview in select regions, enabling you to experience the same simple deployment and management capabilities you expect from Windows 365, seamlessly accessed through your HP Anyware-powered digital workspace.

Windows 365 delivers a Cloud PC—a secure, personalized, and persistent Windows experience—to employees anywhere, on any device. Whether they’re using a corporate-provided or personal device, laptop, desktop, or mobile device, employees who want to work flexibly can do so, streamed from the Microsoft Cloud.

HP Anyware, previously Teradici CAS, connects users to their digital workspaces in the cloud, on-premises, and on the edge. It runs on PC-over-IP (PCoIP) technology, which delivers a secure, high-definition, and highly responsive computing experience. It uses advanced display compression to allow users remote access to their virtualization experiences in local data centers or public clouds from a broad range of endpoint devices.

Integrating Windows 365 and HP Anyware technology

HP Anyware for Windows 365 will support the diverse hybrid work needs of IT admins and employees alike. Employees of all types already working within an existing HP Anyware environment can sign in to their Cloud PCs directly from their familiar HP Anyware user interface. IT admins can provision and manage Cloud PCs in Microsoft Intune along with their other Cloud PCs and physical endpoints, without the need to install gateways in the organization’s environment. Plus, HP Anyware for Windows 365 has a simple, menu-driven UI that is easy for admins to navigate and connect Microsoft Entra ID to HP Anyware.

HP Anyware for Windows 365 is well suited to graphics-intensive workloads, with the underlying PCoIP technology delivering a secure, high-definition, and highly responsive experience for graphics-accelerated applications. It provides lossless, color-accurate, and distortion-free graphics and text clarity. It also dynamically adapts to network conditions in real time, so users can have uninterrupted performance for their critical workloads, even at low bandwidths.
