Gespage is compatible with multifunctional printers (MFPs) and mobile devices, and it’s supported on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
The integration of Gespage with Universal Print brings support for Universal Print–ready printers, and all other printers are supported with the Universal Print connector. This creates a cloud-based print management environment without the need for on-premises servers. Print jobs are stored by Universal Print in the Microsoft 365 cloud and managed from a secure web interface that offers access controls.
Gespage provides access rights for users and devices. The authentication is accomplished by password, printing code, contactless card, or smartphone to release the jobs from wherever you’re located using the Print2me function. Gespage also provides printing policies, quotas, and reports to reduce costs, optimize printing, and provide General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR) compliance.
