i purchased Office Home & Student 2019 from microsoft.com back in 2021, and it had been working fine after upgrading to windows 11. today, after automatically installing 2023-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5025239), none of the office apps will open. i have tried uninstalling office and reinstalling it but this did not fix the problem.
