MS Office file saving is very slow from Offline folder

Hello Experts...

We have centralized shared folders for users' directories and configured offline sync for all users. Many users complain that when they save MS office files like excel and word from the office network, it works perfectly and quickly. But from outside the office, like from home, it's hanging for a while.How can we bypass these slows?

if they are directly saving to file server from outside office via vpn it would be slow and u really cant compare from the office network.

What you can do is create a home directory sync between system and file share via gpo.
