Re: Customising the welcome email sent when a new member is added to a team
uhm I noticed that when I create an O365 group from Teams by creating a new Team, then the parameter -UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled is $false initially. BUT users still get a Teams Welcome Message if they are added via teams. The sender of the welcome message is a generic MS Teams If people are added to the group by other means, e.g. Azure Portal, then they dont get a welcome message. When the group is created from another workload for example when you create a new planner board. Then -UnifiedGroupWelcomeMessageEnabled is $true initially. And users which are added are getting the welcome message, but this time the sender of the welcome message is the group itself. Sally_Richardson can you tell us if the addin will be removed from the Admin Center / Integrated Apps if we had an active deployment? It seems the addin was removed now on the clients and is also no longer listed in AppSource Portal. But in the Admincenter it still listed as deployed in our tenant. Is MS going to remove that or should we do that ourselves? VasilMichev sorry to bring this old topic up again. But I just found this via google. Unfortunatly your reply does not really answers the OPs question. The questions was how the capacity notfications can be configured (turned on or off) and not how the capacity of the ressource mailbox can be changed. So according to the O365 Monthly Enterprise Channel Release Notes. The Org Explorer was released with version 2205. Well I have installed 2205 but I dont see the Org Explorer in Outlook. The Coming Soon Try It now button, is also not working. it seems like the situation has improved a bit. Most O365 workload pages are now switching the logo, from Standard to Dark Mode and back. Hi, as described in the docs article to customize your organisation theme. It should be possible to configure an "Alternate Logo" which is presumeably used for dark mode. Did anyone got this to work? I was able to configure the alternate logo but if an enduser toggles the darkmode on office.com the logo doesnt change. It keeps the default logo and never uses the alternate logo.4.1KViews0likes6Comments
