Can we Configure AAD Roles assignment Automatically for few hours and expire?
Hi All, I would really appreciate your input into the following: Can we Configure AAD Roles assignment Automatically for few hours and expire? We have E5 licenses assigned to all users and upgraded AAD to P2. The Management is asking if it is possible with Azure AD Governance PIM feature that: We should have only two users as global Admins. All other Users who need Admin privilege from time to time may "request" AAD Role Assignment i.e. Sharepoint Administrator or Teams Administrator etc gets assigned automatically the role for a limited time like few hours and then this role expires(UnAssigned) automatically as well. When the Tech support L1 or L2 needs it again then request and get assigned for few hours again. Also For more critical roles like Application Administrator or Global Administrator the L1 / L2 support admins need to request the role and the role be manually assigned, for few hours, not months / year. Does AAD PIM offer few hour activation as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Amir.SolvedRe: Teams meeting recordings Redirection for specific users to a specific folder in OneDrive
ChristianBergstrom This was done by Microsoft for everyone 1 or 2 months ago so I do not have to do this as i did not opt out. Is it possible to redirect a user (John, Suppose) team meeting recording to another custom created folder in Sharepoint library folder also called JohnFolder. So when John records the team meeting and the mp4 gets created then it should automatically be copied to a custom created folder in Sharepoint called JohnFolder instead of going to default onedrive > MyFiles > Recordings folder.4.2KViews0likes1CommentHow can we extract a report of When a Teams meeting happened and was it recorded

PDostiyar Thank you for your reply. I understand that this change is coming but I needed to implement this for 30 users asap. It is an urgent requirement. Is it possible to enable this for certain users now? Are there set of commands and steps to do this? Please help. It is greatly appreciated.4.5KViews0likes5CommentsTeams meeting recordings Redirection for specific users to a specific folder in OneDrive
Hi Guys, I have a task given to me for Teams. I'm not an expert in Teams surely. I need to redirect Teams Meeting Recordings for specific users who regularly record meetings to a specific folder in OneDrive created under Shared Libraries in one Drive. Are there any set of pwoershell cmdlets to let me redirect specific users' recordings to their folders created in Shared library inside OneDrive. Permissions already granted to that M365 E5 user and their managers for each folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.4.7KViews0likes8Comments
