Full trash bin
I've emptied a user's trash bin twice now, after finding that it was 99% full. After emptying the first time, it seemed to be fixed, but then it happened again. I repeated the process, but now the mailbox is 99% full again. I need help with two things 1) Why is the user's mailbox/trash bin still filled mail I thought I deleted? 2) where do you access the feature within Office 365 Admin to delete the user's trash bin?557Views0likes2CommentsOffice 365 email
One of my employees asked me about a catch-all inbox and during my research I found my NameServer records were all giving me errors messages. I don't know why, but they were working once before. I have ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com ns2. ns3. ns4 also I found the articles online with Microsoft https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-with-domains/change-nameservers-at-any-domain-registrar?view=o365-worldwide&source=docs which gives the same name servers, the article was dated 07/21 so it is recent. Anyone having this problem?Office 365 and Outlook Setup
I came in to work the other day and I had a problem with Outlook loading. I read an article on Microsoft which said to delete the profile and then rebuild it. When I did this, I had to setup Office 365 again in Outlook. This seems like a simple process, but when I enter my email address and let Outlook try to auto setup the account, Micosoft tells me "We're getting things ready" and it sits for a few minutes, then goes to a screen which asks me three options 1) Not mailto:user@domain.com 2) change account settings 3) troubleshoot.
