How can i list guests in Teams Admin Center?
Hi I am in Teams Admin Center and want to list all guests that has a license on them and wonder how i could do that? i assume that all users with the #EXT# tag are the guests ?? Itry to filter by the #EXT" tag but i only get 0 results then trying "Match all of these conditions: Username=#EXT#" why? Also, the part on the user page is saying "Licensed". Is that the license applied by my organisation ? if a user is invited and have hes own license, will it still say "licensed" in Teams Admin for me or will that only change if I apply a license to him?5.1KViews0likes5CommentsDeactivate Teams for a SharePoint Online site
Hello One of my clients have a sharePoint site where we tried to remove the ability(minimize it) to active Teams for that SharePoint page. Now someone has managed to activate Teams for that sharepoint page and when the person realized that they had done it they tried to remove the teams in the windows client wich also marked the SharePoint page for Deletion which took a while to figure out as he did the same thing again when we restored the SharePoint site in SharePoint Admin. Hello I have a few SharePoint online pages where i do not want teams to be activated. Hello! One of my colleagues accidentally deleted a Sharepoint Online Site. We were able to recover the site from the recyle bin but when we now visit the site it's saying that you need to request access to it, even the site owners who still are set as owners on the site after it has has been restored get's the same message. I tried to set myself as owner and still get it. how long will it take for the page to be restored if that's an issue or is there something else you need to do after it has been restore from the recyle bin? Today that one of our SharePoint sites was deleted for a second time, the first deletion was done yesterday and both without warning. I checked the deleted items section of the O365 SharePoint Admin site and there it was and i restore it back and it started working again. Anyone got any suggestions as to why this happens? the site has been working for several Months. Hello I have a SharePoint online page where MS teams got activated by one of the administrators and we have to recreate the site to get rid of it. The problem now is that even if it's enabled and you can try to change the password every password you try to change to will end up with an error saying. Hello I have a user that i saying he is getting promted for MFA login several times a day when logging into Office /Azure related resources. When i did an audit for him on MFA logins i saw that for 2021-02-24 he was asked for MFA 15 times that day and about the same the days before. He was logging into for example Visual Studio, Microsoft Graph, Office365 Shell, Office 365 Exchange Online and each one asked him for MFA several times. Hi When i am in Microsoft lists i press "New List" in the top, then i choose "From Current list". When i come to the next choice to choose "Team or Place" i see several items in that list where i have removed myself as owner of the SharePoint Site och Team yesterday. I also do not see any SharePoint sites in the list that i added myself to as owner yesterday. Hi This is in the audit logs after i tried to reset the user password i SSPR with the password "AsdGrwdsZ0!". The default policy is as follows. I cant's find anything else as to why the reset wont work in SSPR. Policy: 8 to 256 characters long and must contain at least three of the following: uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols. When a team is created the owner is not a member
Hello When i creat a new team in Microsoft Teams admin center with 1 owner and 2 members the created teams set owner will not become a member of that team. After the team is created i have to go into AAD and search for the group of the team i created and manually add the owner as a member to the group for it to work like it should. Is there any way for the set owner to become a member automatically after the team is created so you do not have to go into AAD? Hi. No it's only the amount of emails that the mailbox received that is of interest. A message trace on the share inbox for more then 10 days will get med the following error: Invalid StartDate value. The StartDate can't be older than 10 days from today.
