Re: Easiest way to inform the Team that a new files is uploaded?
ChristianBergstrom Thanks! Well, thats of course a way to do it. But yes, maybe not that different from sending an e-mail. But maybe the only way to do it. And yes, we do have several Teams for our (real estate) projects. And we have different channels, one being "Design" where we have all our Architects, Landscape architects, Consultants etc. Therefore we have many folders, subfolders and also a lots of files that are being uploaded weekly. Then I was wondering if there was an easy way for the architect to let me know when for example the new PDF is uploaded in a specific file and an easy way to "link" me the PDF.6.2KViews0likes1CommentEasiest way to inform the Team that a new files is uploaded?
Hi. There are several ways to "discuss" a file in Teams. Before a meeting in our organization, we often send every attendant the files as attachments by Outlook in order to know which files we are going to discuss. The same procedure occure if some of our partners have finished a "draft" and we want to have a discussion around this file. Therefore I am wondering, whats the best way to replace the "Outlook-attachment-way" by only using the Teams-app? Also is there a way to "select multiple" files that you want to discuss? ChrisHoardMVP Hm. Noen of the solutions seems to work. Still when typing that one e-mail (mailto:ags@rode-arkitekter.no) her colleagues e-mail shows up as the only possible alternative. Maybe it is something with the setup at their O365 and not in our organization? Jan1.4KViews1like1CommentProblem inviting a specific external member
Hi! My first post here, so lets see how it goes! My company are having issues related to inviting a certain O365 account to Teams. This is an external member, and several of her colleagues (from same company) are already a member of this Team. Therefore the problem is only related to this specific member. When trying to invite her using her e-mail, Teams automatically suggests one of her colleagues e-mails. Like if they were connected. But when typing any other of her colleagues into "add member" (or any other external e-mail for that matter), the problem does not occur. I have attaced the problem. The same problem occurs for any other Teams in our organization as well. At first I thought her e-mail was somehow connected to "hs@rodeo-arkitekter.no" but its not. Does anyone has an idea for what the problem seems to be here? JanSolved1.6KViews2likes4Comments
