Implementing AAD Connect rules : will replace the OU filter ? for the objects tha are already synced
hello , we work on a project that we decided to implement the sync rules instead of sync based on the OU. my question is , if we have already sync some users , and when we implement the sync filter based rules , these object will still in the azure ad ? or just it will add the objects that are relative to the sync rules ? thnxOptimize powershell script when it is executed on a tenant with x thousands of users
hello Im facing a problem of latency when i excecute the script and also there are some limitations of azure ad : sign in and audit logs are available for 30 days only : getting blank cells in the csv reports The main problem is when i execute the script to audit 3000 guest user ( audit guest users) , it take a lot of time without results and errors like : error reading jtoken .. what can i do to better increase the speed of execution ??? Thank you 🙏retention label doesn't work
Hi i deployed the retention label with the disposition review action but i do not receive an email and even for the other retention labels for deleting files does not work. this is my config based on "when the item was created" 1- 2- 3- also i implemented a test for retention policy , and it also doesn't work for auto delete :SolvedRe: MDM Scope enrollement : Users or device groupe ?
NielsScheffers Oktay Sari dear gentlemen, thank you for your reactivity and your answers. Like any functionality in the Microsoft cloud world, it requires a wait of time for propagation, a huge latency which leads to doubt: maybe I on my side I misconfigured the thing 😞 you have to wait a time which could be up to 12 hours. Today in the morning , I was able to see the devices in the intune portal. Oktay Sari for the configuration profiles : imagine that you have devices in Azure AD ( Joined or hybride or registred) you can put them in a security group, so you can mention this group in the "assignement" step when you create a configuation profil.5.8KViews0likes4CommentsRe: MDM Scope enrollement : Users or device groupe ?
what I found : -if in the part of the assignment of a configuration, I mention a group of device, in this case we do not have the obligations to assign intune licenses to users !! because I tested it and it works properly with a device5.9KViews0likes1CommentRe: MDM Scope enrollement : Users or device groupe ?
NielsScheffers the problem is i can't see the devices in the Intune Portal , and i can see it in the Azure AD portal and the Intune is the MDM solution. by this way i can apply some intune policys like configuration profil to a group of devices without enroll them to intune : in the assignement i choice the device group .. and worked fine6KViews0likes11Commentscan't see the device in the intune portal , i can see it in the azure ad with the Intun MDM solution

Hi I would like to know in this part, do I have to specify a group of equipment or a group of users? knowing that if I declare a user group, the user will be able to join his personal pc to azure ad so he can have the intune strategies, also if he executes the "sysprep" he can execute the autopilot7.2KViews0likes20CommentsRe: connection between MDE and MEM doesn't work
Oktay Sari thank you very much for your help, but the problem I think is a bug in the microsoft portal, I found it activated this morning, since the day of the publication of this question everything is grayed out and I couldn't do anything note: I follow you on your web site and I really appreciate your articles, please keep going2.9KViews1like1Comment
