Re: Transcript and face detection features are no longer supported. See your admin to upgrade.
-TonyHarper- we are seeing the same issue. Have you made any progress on this? We are using "Microsoft Stream for O365 E3 SKU" licenses. It seems from the documentation transcript is included in all editions so it should work with any licenses. I read that face detection is being deprecated though.
