djreit I am going to try your method and see if this works for me. I'm at the same spot as everyone else on this thread. Please don't let this die. This is more involved than it seems. Sorry, I'm a newbie when it comes to MS Exchange so I'm learning this on the fly. We are in a hybrid set up. Trying to take existing DLs on our on-prem environment to O365. While we aren't doing away with our on-prem environment any time soon, DLs must be in the cloud soon so users can have the ability to manage them again as they did prior.
