Transcript and face detection features are no longer supported. See your admin to upgrade.
Hi, We are a long time O365 user recently (6 weeks) upgraded licenses to A5 (education license equivalent to E5). In Streams we get the message above and can no longer use the transcript functionality for the videos we have. Is there another subscription I need to buy? Is there a setting I need to change? We were just starting to find the transcript function useful and now it has gone. Any thoughts or suggestions welcome. Tony
