Unable to Log Into Teams on iPhone. Error: Sign-in Error
Hello, Has anyone been able to resolve the Sign-In Error issue? It appears to be an issue between the Microsoft Authenticator app and Teams. Our organization is using Conditional Access policies to require MFA via the Microsoft Authenticator App. After MFA completes and the phone returns to Teams, the error message is displayed. Azure AD Sign-In log displays MFA success. Steps to produce: 1. Open Teams 2. add account yourdomain.com 3. select work account 4. Flips to Microsoft Authenticator 5. Enter Password 6. Flips to Teams 7. Displays error: Sign-In Error Here is what I've tried: - deleted the account from Teams - restarted the phone - reinstalled teams - tried to delete cache from Teams settings in iOS General (never seems to clear) - removed email address from personal Microsoft accountSolved127KViews0likes11CommentsRe: Unable to Log Into Teams on iPhone. julianhead It sounds like you re-added the authenticator app registration to your phone despite it working most of the time. Interesting. We haven't seen this issue in quite some time. For me personally, I switched to Android and haven't had this issue.11KViews0likes0CommentsResend a Message, Edit Message, and Reminder Features Removed?
I'm using the preview version of the Outlook Desktop client. I can't find the Resend Message nor the Reminder feature. Am I just missing it or has it been removed? I typically use them in conjunction to make sure that a follow up is created for me when an email reply is not returned by the recipient. Setting a flag on the message is more limited as it does not pop up a reminder. Looks like the Edit previously received message has also been removed. I sometimes use received messages as documentation and update them as needed. Outlook Version: 2023.05.05004.14598Views0likes0CommentsPlease re-add drag file attachments to File Explorer
This functionality has been removed in Outlook 20230512004.11 . The only option is to save to OneDrive. So, I have to go find the special folder that the file is saved to and put it in the folder that I want. Also, if you save the file to OneDrive and then move it from OneDrive, Outlook still thinks that the file is in Outlook and doesn't offer the option to save it again. You can try opening it on OneDrive, but since the file is no longer there, it brings you to a page not found.474Views0likes0CommentsHow do you enable screen or application sharing in Teams when it's a published app?
Hello, Is it possible to share an application when Teams is made available as a published app? The only available option is to share PowerPoint. We're looking to share Excel, Word, Adobe Reader, etc. Is this an option only in a published desktop?Microsoft Support Turnaround Time
Have you noticed a significant performance decrease of Microsoft support services? I've noticed that the turnaround time for class C issues is now so long, that the support service is pretty much non-existent. It's typically over 2 weeks to get a technician and then when you do, responses are days apart. If it's a moderately difficult issue, the ticket will end up getting dropped. Eventually, a new technician shows up to take the case after a week or two of silence. This is for tickets through the Windows Server Software Assurance support channel. The escalation email address, mailto:Email address removed, does not appear to be monitored anymore either. I can email that address and not receive a response. Sometimes Microsoft is the only option to resolve a particular issue.3.2KViews1like0CommentsWeb Client URL Change

Hello, we're using a custom XML Profile for our InTune VPN Profile and the connection doesn't seem to follow the desired Forced Tunnel parameter. Hello, We've been trying out the Azure File Sync service at the folder share level and am interested in changing to synchronize the entire volume. This will eliminate the need to create new File Shares and Sync Groups with each new folder share creation. We are using Cloud Tiered Storage. Is there a documented process on how to perform this action? If we need to create a new storage account and/or file server, I'm ok with that. I'd like to avoid recalling > TB of files. Thanks.427Views0likes0CommentsRe: Azure Monitoring Agent monagentcore.exe CPU Consumption
One example server is a new VM with Oracle Database and no databases. Another is a Remote Desktop Session Host which has been in service for months. Both have the same AV protection as all other servers in the environment... It's that new server with zero application utilization that is really puzzling and prompted me to post.14KViews0likes1CommentAzure Monitoring Agent monagentcore.exe CPU Consumption
Hello, Starting last week, we've started to notice monagentcore.exe consuming a fair amount of CPU. There will be multiple listings for this process, but one of them utilizes ~36% of system resources on a 4 core server. We're seeing this on multiple hosts.
