Hi Dwayne. Thanks for checking up on this issue. The full resolution stream was available a few hours after I posted this. Since then, I’ve noticed an average of about 24hrs for a high-res 20min+ video to process, which seems reasonable.

Error code 0x20200259
I cannot view videos from my organization's Stream content. I get the above error code. I also get this code when I try to watch my own uploads. I've tried: - clearing website data - logging out and back in - using a private browser window - both safari and Firefox - my own uploads - other users' uploads

benj4786 Sure enough, on day 6, all other resolution levels were available, including full 1080p. I wonder if there's a way to speed this up? Any tips for encoding for faster processing?

Stream won't encode higher than 360p. Original is 1080. It's been 5 days.
I was waiting for the higher resolution quality to become available but its been 5 days and nothing. Can I check anywhere to see if there is a problem and maybe diagnose? Anyone have any ideas?
