Jimmy_Wu I was able to add the printers to Azure. I needed to install the PCL driver for the printers and registered them from a 2016 R2 server or 1903 or updated OS. Thank you for your help.

Operations List - Status Failed
Hello, I am using the connector to add the printers to Azure. the printer that I am trying to add is Xerox WorkCentre 5755. I installed the connector to the printer server and after selecting the printers, in the Operations List, the status is Failed. From the Event Viewer, I can see the following error: Register printer start: Suite 150 Sending Registration Request... spidermn one of our users is having this issue. I have tried disabling Windows Defender firewall and that did not help. she can call form the app on a different device, from the web version of Teams, and from her cellphone.

Hello, I have received the email with the approval for Universal Printing. When I got to activate the licenses with the promo code, I get the error: Sorry The service you’re subscribing to isn’t available for one of the following reasons: It’s no longer offered by Microsoft. You’ve already tried this service. You can sign up for a trial only once. The beta or trial you’re requesting has expired. The promotion code has already been used. For more information, contact the Microsoft partner or Microsoft sales agent that gave you the link to this offer. The licenses got approved to the domain epitecc.onmicrosoft.com, but I need them in the epitec.com domain. Please advise. Thank you, Andrea Aznar
