ChrisSIT The issue seems to have been caused by the automatic upgrade from version 1.26.7633.377 to 1.34.7683.23623. Needed to unregister/re-register all printers affected.

Printers lose registration
We have recently defined all of our printers to Universal Print and they were working for several days. However now 1/3 of all printers have lost their registration in the Universal Print Connector. Getting Event ID 2 "Printername is registered with Universal Print, but the local registration data, including the certificate are missing. This printer is skipped during enumeration." Re-registering fails as the device already exists.
