Is it possible for an admin to create a flow for users?
I would like to create a flow for specific email addresses that receive attachments with a specific text in the subject so that the attachments are saved to a specific sharepoint folder? Can an admin do this for email addresses other than their own? Also for shared email addresses? Thanks.Re: Your message couldn't be delivered because messages to the recipient require approval by a message m
What was the solution? VasilMichev Is there anything I can do on my end to get this to actually work? There is no option to approve or reject within outlook. The option is only available in outlook online. If you reject the message there, you receive the message I posted earlier.18KViews0likes1CommentYour message couldn't be delivered because messages to the recipient require approval by a message m
We have a rule set to send certain emails to be approved, but whenever we choose reject or approve, we get the message. How can this be fixed? Also, the approve or reject options only show up in Microsoft Online and not in outlook. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: mailto:OrgExtensionProperties0_ED5B1323-0DC1-43D3-96C7-0049903548CF@gigs4u.onmicrosoft.com Your message couldn't be delivered because messages to the recipient require approval by a message moderator and no moderator was found. This is likely a temporary problem. Try to resend the message. If it can't be delivered a second time, forward this message to your email admin. For Email Administrators This error occurs if the system can't find the message moderators for an address. This is usually a temporary condition. (For example, a moderator's address changes after the approval message is created but before approval is granted.) This issue can usually be resolved by sending the message a second time after changes to the moderator's address have had time to replicate throughout the system. So, since there is no way to restrict file or folder creation within teams, sync issues may still arise????StevenC365 . We will still want users to be able to create files & folders within Sharepoint.29KViews0likes2CommentsIs it possible to restrict users from creating channels folders, and files within teams?
Since there is a known syncing issue between teams and sharepoint. It probably is not a good idea to use teams for file management. Do you know if it possible to restrict users from creating channels folders, and files within teams?Solved29KViews0likes13CommentsGhost appearance of file/folder structure that once was in Teams
When you open a Team/group in Teams, often (if not always) you will get a flash of a prior directory version/file structure before the current directory/file structure appears. Now that we've added more channels and migrates more data into Teams, this phenomenon appears to be expanding in its hang time. I read somewhere that this was bug that Microsoft has been working on. Was a resolution ever determined? Update: I was advised by Microsoft to delete several cache directories on my local computer. This resolved the ghosting issue on my machine.1.7KViews0likes1CommentFile Syncing from Teams to SharePoint
We are noticing a delay from when a channel or folder is created in Teams to when the folder appears in SharePoint. The sync has taken as long as 22 hours. What is Microsoft's suggested process? What is a process that actually works with a reasonable time sync?1.9KViews0likes2Comments
