how to find if the person attend the session how many time?
Hi I like to find the unique number of person participated in the activities throughout the year as 1 person will attend the same activity for many days/months. the date col is running through the whole date by mm/dd/yy for the activities Can it show by month and also by whole year to display the activities, staff type , and unique person attended in number? OliverScheurich Hi Oliver I can't seem to get it working on my end. not too sure why part is not right Forgotten to mention too, that the main data 1st tab consists of few year and will keep growing, I will need to generate it by Year and end Mth for the total record in 2nd tab. pls see the attached file TEST count, pls see tab Sum by year and Mth - I try the formula in col C4, not working. hi Can anyone help on the formulas I have two sheet, Sheet 1 Attendance and Sheet 2 Workshop attended How to automate the attendance to match the person email to the workshop and cohort and indicate Y attended , absent based on the data in sheet 2? If the person attendance and sheet 2 has a grey Y it should show as Y and a badge icon - replace the current tick Yes as I need to know if the badge has been awarded to him once it's completed. hi Rachel Thank you is there any way to auto populate the text from any other tab that match the date in the calendar? to display eg Title, Category , Start to end date / time. Attached sample tab , event data start and end time are from SP which contain Date and Time, but how to use Text Join to match it to the cal date and display across if it run few day?
