Send an email notification when content is uploaded to a channel you follow
This seems like a fairly huge feature gap... when I "Follow" a channel, I should get an email notification when new content is uploaded to that channel. This would help immensely with being able to push content and information to an organization. Everyone checks their email, everyone does not log in to Stream just to see what's been posted.
