Problem with Office 365 subscription Error 1285
Downloaded office from office.com with my work account [username]@[company].onmicrosoft.com Did login with that username and then I get a message: We've run into a problem with your Office 365 subscription, and we need your help to fix it. Two buttons: "Go to Your Account" and "Cancel". When I sniffed the traffic with Fiddler, I saw this error: The reply to a request was: faultcode - s:Client faultstring - OLS Exception detail: a:ErrorCode - 1285 a:Url - https://protal.office.com/Account/#installs Anyone familiar with this? With OLS exceptions? With Error code 1285? My work office account support up to 5 PCs, I used 2. Tried to install on the third. Thank you.911Views0likes0Comments
