How do I generate a link I can use to embed a Stream into OneNote
I am trying to embed some videos hosted on Stream into a OneNote page, but keep getting one of two errors. If I use the MS365 version of OneNote, the link copied from Stream gives an error saying: No video found with this address If I use the Windows 10 version of OneNote, the error is: We're sorry. OneNote failed to insert the video. I have noticed that any link generated in the SharePoint version of Stream starts with https://companyname.sharepoint.com, but a link generated with the Classic version of Stream starts with: https://web.microsoftstream.com/ and links from the Class version work okay. Is there something wrong with SharePoint classic and OneNote, or is it something to do with the way we have set things up in our organisation?634Views0likes0CommentsStart of uploaded video removed
Hi, I have created a video (13.15 mins long and just under 50mb in size, mp4 format). The video plays just fine on my laptop in VLC. When I upload it to Stream and it finishes processing, the first 20 or so seconds are just not there. I have tried it multiple times and the same problem keeps occurring. Hi, so we are running lessons remotely using MS Teams and recording those lessons in case any students miss the lesson. Although the MS Stream recording of the lesson does include the transcript, the transcript does not appear to identify who said something. The reason this is useful to us is that we have had a number of instances where one of our students has sworn on microphone but we have been unable to identify who swore. Is there anyway of setting Teams meetings up so that when the meeting is recorded and uploaded to Stream, it not only identifies what was said, but who said it?Can you stop pupils from making calls, but allow them to receive calls
We are using Teams during the Corona lockdown and want to stop pupils from making calls to one another because we cannot monitor them. Hi, We have all of our classes set up in Teams to teach remotely while schools are closed in the UK. While we are aware of the ability to stop students from posting at all in the General channel, what we really want to do is allow them to post in this channel, but only if they are replying to something posted by the Owner (the teacher). I know this can be done if you create a new channel, but can't see an option to do this in the General channel. Can it be done? Any help gratefully received.5.9KViews0likes1Comment
