Re: Nesting Groups
TonyRedmondIs this no longer functional? I have used it a few weeks ago, but now it doesn't matter what combination of DL and Group I use in my tenant, it gives me an error. An Azure Active Directory call was made to keep object in sync between Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online. However, it failed. Detailed error message: A Unified Group cannot be added as a member of a Distribution List or Security Group or Elevated Group. paramName: Members, paramValue: , objectType: Microsoft.Online.DirectoryServices.Group RequestId : 619ff911-e67b-4bcf-abb7-89f3a4cb6500 The issue may be transient and please retry a couple of minutes later. If issue persists, please see exception members for more information. + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Add-DistributionGroupMember], UnableToWriteToAadException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : [Server=CY4PR08MB2934,RequestId=6b0833cd-2fa1-4674-8b1b-7e65ffaefae4,TimeStamp=4/15/2021 1:45:06 PM] [FailureCategory=Cmdlet-UnableToWriteToAadException] 586CF1B6,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.Recipient Tasks.AddDistributionGroupMember + PSComputerName : outlook.office365.com4.7KViews0likes1CommentRe: Anti-Spoofing Protection & MailChimp
Pavel Otych We do have the TXT records in the domain for SPF. There are no CNAME records for DKIM. Could that cause this? TXT gxxxxxxxn.com v=spf1 include:servers.mcsv.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all 3599 TXT gxxxxxxxn.com MS=ms45659264 359911KViews0likes1CommentAnti-Spoofing Protection & MailChimp
We use MailChimp to send out campaign emails to thousands of people, a lot of which are part of our internal organization. We have SPF, DKIM set up, and it appears they are passing, but the anti-spoofing protection sends about half of the emails to the Junk folder in our user inboxes. There doesn't seem to be any consistence to it either. I have found in the message headers ...compauth=fail reason=601 ...CTRY:US;EFV:NLI;SFV:SPM;... ...PTR:mail247.suw121.mcdlv.net;MX:1;A:1;CAT:SPOOF; What am I missing here?11KViews0likes3Comments
