Check the entire mailbox. Get-MailboxFolderStatistics <usermailbox> -FolderScope RecoverableItems | FL Name,FolderAndSubfolderSize,ItemsInFolderAndSubfolders. Once the RecoverableItems or Purged has reached 100GB unfortunately you may need to ask the CEO to create a pst file and backup all important emails, Then you need to give him a new mailbox. Not sure if MS engineers are aware of this, but that is the only solution. For this to work, delete the ost and nst files, then disable MFA or check if the users are not part of the MFA group in AzureAD. Try with one user if it is the case remove the user from MFA and delete those files. Wait for 15min or 30min then recreate the profile. Tatabime first check if the mailbox hasn't reached it's full mailboxsize Get-MailboxFolderStatistics <useremailaddress> -FolderScope RecoverableItems | FL Name,FolderAndSubfolderSize,ItemsInFolderAndSubfolders. It can happen that the purged or recoverable has already reached 100GB even though you might notice that the inbox is lower. If that is the case you may need to recreate a new mailbox and depending if the mailbox is running from a hybrid or directly on the cloud.4KViews0likes0Comments
