Unable to call 200 help line using Microsoft Teams (US based)
Hello Team, We would like to confirm if others are experiencing or is aware of this behavior. We are using Teams as our telephony service and we are able to call emergency numbers like 911 using Teams but not 211 helpline nor 800. Is there any documentation regarding this? Hello, We just want to confirm if the Sensitivity labels feature can be used by on-prem users in a hybrid setup on Outlook on Android/iOS? They are able to use it using Outlook desktop app but not on phone. Cloud/Migrated users are able to use it both on the desktop and phone. We are using Microsoft 365, and switched to 2201 Current Channel version of Office apps for us to test the Read aloud feature in Word, but it's not showing. It should be available starting from 2109 Current channel version according here: https://insider.office.com/en-us/blog/new-natural-sounding-voices-come-to-read-aloud Has this feature been pulled out, or do we need to download those voices? Hello, Is there any documentation where it states the maximum number of devices where we can setup authenticator app for for a single user? Hello Davy, I appreciate it man. No worries. However, the workaround is to disable password writeback in AAD Connect, so this means that they are using directory synchronization for their users. This will indeed restrict users from changing their passwords but this means they are not purely a cloud tenant as they manage their users from On-premise Active Directory.Add fields under Outlook's Overview/Contacts
Hello Team, In Outlook application, when you search/look for another user within the same organization, you'll be able to see the information here even if they are not under your Contacts. I just want to ask if anyone here have answers to these questions? Under Overview tab where we can see Email, Office location, Company attributes. 1. Where does this information based from? AAD? 2. Hello, I'm just wondering if there's anyone who noticed this change recently. When you go to your Sharepoint site > Document library > Select a folder/file > Copy To/Move To. I am now getting this UI below: However, for some users, they are still getting the old UI I believe. I believe we haven't change anything in Sharepoint recently. Our tenant is not in Targeted release as well. Do you guys know if this can be switched via a setting in Sharepoint or is it just being rolled out? Issue with Inbound emails. Mx records are pointing to barracuda > exchange online. Some emails are getting stuck in barracuda having the error below: 550 5.4.1 All recipient addresses rejected : Access denied. AS Spoke with Barracuda but, they said no issues on their end as it's being received by the spam filter but when trying to send it to EXO, it's getting rejected.Re: cannot add account in outlook in office365

Another thing is if your email address domain is used as a website as well, verify if the certificate of the website is still valid.
