Hi, I would like to kindly ask you for help. Currently I have studied Microsoft search and options how to improve it. I have found these search components on this official video (https://youtu.be/jKpIDBalLW0?si=M_qVbY4KWOrZEVy7&t=2103). Unfortunately I have not found any further information where to find those components to use it. Does anyone have an experience with that? It will be really useful and I really appreciate it. Hi Allison, thank you for your answer. I really appreciate it! We would like to use the Article feature as part of our internal communication. Right now, we are just testing this feature and have licenses only for those responsible for internal communication. We are considering its broader use, but unfortunately, I haven't found an official statement regarding the licensing requirements in this case. Are you able to provide some details about it if you have any? This information would be very useful because we could then recommend this feature to other customers who might benefit from it as we do.Viva Engage - Articles - what license is needed for end users
Hello, I am looking for the answer for my case. We have couple of Viva suite licenses and use Viva Engage for internal communication specifically type of message "Article" which is available only for people who are licensed. Do have to be covered also end users who are just consumers of messages (Articles) in Viva Engage and are not able to create this kind of message? Thank you MirekTasks in O365
Hello, I am really missing a task tool in O365. I know that there are some "task" applications (TO-DO, planner) but all of them have a lot of lacks: it's not possible to assing a group to task it's not possible to assing a external user limitations with count of task per user missing integrations with other applications/service - SharePoint, Teams etc. I would like to ask you which tool is still in the roadmap and in development, which one is the future tool for task management. I read something about Wunderlist also. I am a little bit consfused. I think that task tool is really important part of daily work in each company and I believe that most of companies miss the tool. Hi, I would like to ask you how to manage guest. We would like to manage all guests and provide our end users only list of allowed guests which they can add to Teams. They can not add guests by themselves. On the other hand we would like to provide them an option that they can share documents from their OneDrive as they wish and with who they need. But, if we allow sharing files from OneDrive, they share files with someone from different tenant, it automatically creates guest account in our AAD when guest accepts the invitation. Hello, I have found a way how to schedule a meeting in Group calendar in Outlook online that the meeting is scheduled on behalf the group or it looks like. It is really useful for our scenario because everyone in group can edit the meeting. I would like to schedule the meeting the same way from desktop Outlook but when I add the calendar I am not able to do the same. How to set Outlook destkop, what to change or what to do that I can schedule it? When I schedule it in desktop and try to add another people it is always changed that the organizer is me. Hi, we deleted a user from AAD and we would like to know when the SPO/OneDrive site will be deleted exactly. I have not found any PowerShell script to find it out. Hi, I have the issue that we set the MAM policy that people can use Outlook app and we would like to block download attachments. Unfortunately when we set it this way, users are not even able to open files from Outlook. They got an error message. How to avoid and allow people to open attachment but not download it? We set that they can download files to OneDrive but eh... it is not possible to download from Outlook to OneDrive... Thank you for your tips and experience. Hi jcgonzalezmartin, thank you for your response. I have tried to do it on the site collection level also but I have met with an issue that I am not able to choose a content source. There is nothing to choose, any options. I have tried to create my own content source but without success. I am not sure if it is bug or I am doing something wrong. Hi, does exist a way how to configure new verticals connected to SharePoint? I would like to search only within Directives for example and set there own filters for this verticals. Currently I can set only couple of connectors but there is no connector for SharePoint itself. Have you an experience with configuration Search? Thank you, Mirek
