HelloFernando_Mota_013, check outBusiness Connectivity Services. It's an old and sometime forgotten technology. BCS allows you to connect external data sources (such as SQL table or view) and use them like lists.

slohombreIt depends on a PowerApps type. If you use PowerApps for SharePoint form customization, I think that it's not possible. But if you have a standalone application, and you want to switch between lists with the same name and structure (column names and types), but on different webs, there is a way. You can remove the connector definition from the app and add new to the second location. Make application backup before this step, of course.

StandaK Hello, there isthe straightforward wayhow to do that. In Get Items step, click on "Show advanced option" and then,you must fill Filter query - to get item with specific ID you must use query:ID eq intVariable (this variable you must get from the form response) Top Count - it's a good idea limit number of responses, in this example set count to 1.
