How does file size of a PowerPoint work?
Hello Community, I am working with an end user of our who is working with a PowerPoint presentation. The user was trying to keep below a certain file size but when went over, the user decided to delete a couple pages from the presentation. In theory, I would think the presentation would decrease in size however, it stayed the same. Does anyone know why this would be?1.5KViews1like3CommentsImport JSON from web to Excel - needing assistance
Hello Community, I am trying to help out a colleague of mine. She has a JSON from the web that she wants to import into Excel to analyze the data. She found that we can import from JSON on the web. Personally, I have never worked with a JSON file before (and no one else in my organization has enough experience with Excel) so I thought I would give it a try. I went through and watched several tutorial videos and read files on how to do it. I followed the steps and I feel like there is a lot more data that I am missing (I could be wrong). I attached the Excel spreadsheet on what I have and have a bunch of fields that come up as null. Is this correct or am I missing information? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Solved2.9KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Messages Disappearing on Microsoft Teams.
Mark_Kirschenmann I have not seen this issue yet. Are you using the desktop client for Teams? If so, are you able to duplicate the issue logging into Teams on the web (teams.Microsoft.com/go)? If you cannot duplicate the issue using the web version of Teams, I would say there is something going on with your desktop client and you may want to try to clear the cache from Teams. Exit Microsoft Teams client by right-click on Teams from the icon tray and select Quit, or run Task Manager and select Microsoft Teams, and then select End Task. Open File Explorer and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams. When you are in the directory, you must remove the files in the following folders. - Application Cache - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Application Cache - Application files, cached CDN files ( JS,CSS, etc ) Locations - Blob_Storage - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Blob_Storage (If there) - Cache - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Cache - Web Cache for Electron(Images, JS files, Cookies, Profile Photos) - Databases - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\databases - GPUCache - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\GPUCache - LocalStorage - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\LocalStorage - Tmp - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\tmp 4. Restart the Teams client. I hope this works out for you.7.5KViews1like1CommentRe: How does the Join button work for the Teams Calendar
ChrisWebbTech I appreciate the information. Yeah, I checked that. I have been playing around with Teams trying to replicate it and I moved a meeting time around and when it came time for the meeting, there was no Join button in the calendar in Teams. Then, I tried to replicate it again thinking I might have found the issue but it works and I cannot get the Join button to disappear. I don't think this is a huge deal because there are several ways that someone can join a meeting but hopefully I can continue using it to see if I can discover some type of trend.11KViews0likes1CommentHow does the Join button work for the Teams Calendar
I have had some end-users reach out asking why the Join button sometimes appears in the Teams calendar and sometimes it is not there. I have tried to research it but cannot find much of an answer. Does anyone know how the Join button on the meeting in the Teams calendar works? See screenshot for the Join button I am referring to. Does it come up at a certain time like 5 minutes before a meeting? Is there anything that would prevent it from coming up? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!Solved12KViews0likes5CommentsDoes Microsoft Forms have Response Validation feature in regular Forms or Forms Pro?
Hello, Google Forms has a feature called "Response Validation" where you can setup a quiz and you must answer the question correctly before moving onto the next section. I have searched all over the web to see if Microsoft Forms has such a thing. I found that it has branching however, it isn't what I was looking for, as it lets me continue on with the quiz regardless of the answer being right or wrong. I know Microsoft Forms has a Pro edition but I do not see anything that could correspond with what I am looking for. I have attached a screenshot from Google Forms. If the answer is incorrect, it will not allow me to pass to the next section until I discover the correct answer. Any help would be much appreciated.Solved15KViews0likes3Comments
