Cannot add quiz to Assignment
I am unable to add any of my "group quizzes" in Microsoft forms to an assignment for a class in Teams. When I select "create" and then "quiz" the only ones that show up from Forms are the ones that are outside my group. I have no way to select a group quiz. Can anyone let me know whats wrong? Now today I just discovered something alarming with Forms. An anonymous tip from one of my students stated that all the students could go to forms.microsoft.com, log in normally and they could see all the group quizzes I created! Further, they could see the correct answers, they could edit, they could delete and they could see all the grades of all the other students! Unbelievable. Now my whole grades are compromised. Apparently if a quiz is created outside the group they cannot see it, but any regular member of a group (like a student) has full permissions for a group quiz. I am unable to get my quiz grades from Forms into the assignments in Teams. The quiz has already been autograded by Forms. So I create an assignment, add the quiz, but none of the grades get imported. The problem is how to import grades into the assignment so it shows in grades. Maruthi Gadde . Thats strange. I was in an "office hours" with someone from Microsoft who said it worked on his system. Anyway the problem is that the quizzes are already created and also graded. I want to add them to the assignments now after the deadline is passed so that the grades will get into the grades tab. So I cant just make new ones obviously. I was just informed that Streams at my organization is going to be under maintenance in order to comply with Canadian data requirements. They told me all my video recordings are going to be erased! What? This could be a disaster if someone here doesnt help me. First off, I have no space on my lightweight tablet device (Surface Pro X) to store or even download these. Second, all the videos have many embedded links to Forms quiz questions. I cannot afford to lose these either. It is a big deal for me. I start my live meetings Monday and I dont want my privacy invaded. I dont understand why some can get it and I cannot. It seems a ridiculous way to roll this out. I am on 4 different corporate tenants. So whats that mean? I have to wait for one of them to get it? Then if I switch to another I've lost it again? Why cant they just make an updated download for the client somewhere? When I start a video call I do not have that option to replace the background (only blur background) that was rolled out already. I am using the desktop app: 1.3.00.8663 which I already tried to update several times. Can I set the meeting policy myself, or do I need to ask for this in admin center? My teams videos arent showing in their original resolutions to team members anymore. When I recorded this originally you could see all the details sharply on the powerpoint; now its blurred and useless. Does anybody know what happened and how to rectify this? In the implementation of teams when I create a meeting in the team/general channel there is no meeting chat icon available for team members when they join through the web browser link (not logging in). Sorry Im not sure I understand your reply. More explicitly what I have done is to create a team with people from the organization. Then schedule and record a live meeting and the video gets saved to Stream. Those members of the organization have access to stream the video, but not be able to download the mp4 file to their own device. Thanks.
