Override Office Apps from Office 365 University to Office 365 Enterprise!!!
Hi! I previously had installed on my computer the office apps (Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) having used my University Account, now I work, and my company just purchased an Office 365 E5 License Subscription and I want to stop using the office apps which are property of my college account and instead install the apps again but from my E5 company subscription. I already did the process of erasing the office apps (From University) and installed from my company portal the Office 365 ProPlus to my computer, but when I open the apps and go to the tab "About this Outlook" it stills says that the app belongs to my college account. So then I did a little research and saw a post that said that I needed to sign in to my college account and deactivate the Office apps connected to my device from there and supposedly everything would work just fine when I re-installed the office apps but from my company account , so I did that, but when doing the process again an open, let's say Word, it stills says that it belongs to my college account, and now I don't know what else to do. Could someone help me if they have experienced this issue and successfully deployed their office apps?926Views0likes2CommentsInitial License that includes Power Apps and Power Automate?
Hi, I'm just wondering, what's the first type of license that includes Power Apps and Power Automate? I have seen the differences between the licences for Small Business and the Enterprise ones, but I haven't seen something that indicates that they include PowerApps or Automate. Hope someone can help me!956Views0likes2CommentsOverride Office Apps from Office 365 University to Office 365 Enterprise!!!

-J0N- Thanks for sharing!, I guess it would be a process of having the guest user in the Azure AD to be able to give them permissions. What I have been doing so far is downloading the video, uploading it to SharePoint and then just given them the link. Let's se if Microsoft do some announcements of this feauture in the following months 😉Setting expiration date with the sharing option of "Only people in your organization"
Hi!, does someone knows if it could be possible to set an expiration date to a file when is shared with the sharing option of "Only people in your organization", meaning to have an option to configure the adittional configurations for this option to be similar to the sharing option of "Anyone with the link". Hope someone can help me! 🙂3.8KViews0likes3CommentsExternal Sharing access of Video recordings in a Microsoft Teams meeting
Hi!, I am doing some consulting for an external company, and we have had some meetings that have been recorded so that the external users can access the recording in the chat section of Microsoft Teams. But I have been notified that the external users (those that are not part of my company) can't access the Video Recording indicating that the "Video is not found" by Stream. Can someone help me figure out a way that I can grant access to those recordings for external users?, I'm really hoping that this feauture is available, but if it isn't yet, do you have any suggestions related to my case so that I can solve a way for that external users access the recordings? (Excluding the suggestions of post it on YouTube or doing a Live Event) Thanks! 🙂SolvedRe: Teams Recording Grayed Out
Hi Christian!, Teams also should be able to work with Windows Enterprise 8.1, however it would be also beneficial if you could upragade it to W10. On the other hand, you have to consider the differents variables to why you can't start a meeting recording. Here you can see some of the requirements as to why you may no be eligible to record meetings, also consider some of the points that i shared above to Karen. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/record-a-meeting-in-teams-34dfbe7f-b07d-4a27-b4c6-de62f1348c24?omkt=en-US&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US And to change the background you must be able to change it and customize it. If you have a Tenant admin, it would be easier to request him or her to open a suport ticket so a Microsoft support engineer can help you and maybe give you more insights related to your specific problem.97KViews0likes2CommentsDoubts about Access Office 365
Hi!, I'm not a regular user of Access, but as I understand, there is no online version of access, just the Desktop version for Windows. What I would like to know is the following: If Access has the capability to be modify in real time Co-Authoring with other users?, just as the other office online apps. (by uploading it to OneDrive or SharePoint) Is it compatible with SharePoint?, as what I have tried, in OneDrive if you uploaded it and share it with other coworker, the other person would need to download the file and then have MS Access instaled so that it can be viewed, I would like to know if this would be the same for SharePoint as I suggest. If I share it with another user in OneDrive, if the user starts editing the DB, would the DB file in the desktop app would be saved automatically and synchronize the changes in OneDrive?, so that when the original person that share the file starts working in the DB again, he would see the last add-ins that the other person did? (Also, in case that this doesn't works, what would be the appropiate thing to do to save the same file with the new changes to OneDrive so that it doesn't create copies?) Hope you can help me and in case you have other resources like videos where I can see this in action, it would also be helpful!887Views0likes1CommentRe: Teams Recording Grayed Out
kuykendall97 Hi Karen, This has been a common issue with Teams Meeting. My recommendations would be the following: Ask your Teams Administrator if "Allow Recording" is deactivated in the Meetings Policy for all users. Reach out to your M365 Teanant Administrator to create a support ticket to resolve this issue with a Microsoft Engineer. In my case, I'm the tenant admin in my company, and weeks ago this feature was grey when I tried to record a meeting and it stayed like that for over the weekend, but back in Monday everything was working fine, so it must be a Microsoft issue.101KViews0likes4CommentsLast Log In Activity on Microsoft Project?
Hi! I would like to know if it's possible to see the last log in activity for specific users with the Project license, either it is Project Online or Project Professional or Desktop app. Hope someone can help me as soon as possible!1.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Override Office Apps from Office 365 University to Office 365 Enterprise!!!
Hi oliwer_sundgren ! Thanks so much for taking the time to reply! The detail that I did't mention on the post is that I was using a Mac OS and fortunately I did find information on what I was asking. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninstall-office-for-mac-eefa1199-5b58-43af-8a3d-b73dc1a8cae3 ... either way, thank you for the response!1.8KViews0likes1Comment
