Require users to apply a label to their email and documents not working with office for windows
Hi, I enabled Require users to apply a label to their email and documents on Sensitivity label policy , its working for outlook web and outlook mobile but it does not work for outlook for windows and other office application. we are using the latest office version 2105 (build 14026.20308) Thanks forEndpoint DLP not detecting OneDrive on-demand files
Hi All, we are in process to implement endpoint DLP for All our users (7500 users). during the testing i found a back door that users can use to exfiltrate OneDrive to external storage or cloud storage without DLP blocking. if the OneDrive files is not completely downloaded to the machine when file on demand is enabled , and user copy the data and paste it to external storage the DLP not able to block the transfer. its a very serious issue with the solution and believe need to have solution ASAP. thanks and apricate any helpauto labeling SharePoint documents
Hi, we have a requirement to apply sensitivity label in all document in SharePoint site, to achieve that I follow the below steps. 1- create sensitive info type that detect all documents, 2- create auto labeling policy to apply the sensitivity label for all document contains the created info type. the policy works perfectly and start labeling the documents , but many documents was not labeled. all none labeled document is XLSX and PPTX and I test the documents with info type test and all return as match. i have no idea how to troubleshoot why the policy is not applied to some documents, and I opened a case with Microsoft support (Case #:28498740) and they were able to reproduce the issue in the test lab but they have no solution and they archive the case. any product expert can help? thanksNative DLP Failed on Mar 4, 2020, 3:29:13 PM. Hi i am facing issue with applying Sensitivity label on SharePoint files using MCAS, first i am able to apply the label but after that MCAS unable to scan the file, also creating rule to remove the label failed with native DLP failed error. i have a support request opened for more than a month and there is no solution. regards
