Re: Win11 23H2: November update (KB5032190) removed copilot
I had similar problems getting Copilot to appear after installing the latest update. After trying all of the fixes others have mentioned (e.g., adjusting registry and group policy settings) and reinstalling Windows (which didn't resolve the problem), I was able to fix the problem by updating the driver for my Nvidia video card. It appears the old driver was incompatible and prevented Copilot from executing. Updating the driver fixed the problem immediately. AKSmedley, there was a bug in a recent update to the 365 apps that busted something in Outlook and screwed up the groups folders. Were you able to come up with a solution, RuthRushton? Or anyone? Several of our users are noticing their group folders in the Outlook for Windows client are not syncing with the server (up and down). All updates are installed and Modern Authentication is on. I really don't want to have to delete and recreate everyone's profiles if that isn't a viable and long-term solution. We are also having similar issues, MTSBob. We deployed Yealink T56A phones to our users, and some users also run the Teams app on their cell phones. When a user answers a call on the Yealink device or cell phone, the Windows Teams app continues to ring until the user clicks in the notification box. To the best of my knowledge, this didn't happen before Microsoft rolled out the latest firmware update to the Teams phones.7.7KViews1like2Comments
