First user reporting this was dec 6., I tested then and no issues. Today, they are gone, and several other users report the same. Cannot find any official info from Microsoft regarding this. Update. 3 of 5 users has "lost works with". (45 hours since enabling). Side effect, we have organization chart (manager registered). Selecting a "disabled" user does not show coworkers. However, selecting an "enabled" coworker shows the disabled user. For us, this does not matter what so ever and we totally do not care. Feedback: Set this on 5 users (group) , so far Item Insights (files) disappeared almost immediately, people insights has been "on" for 22 hours and has so far no effect. We have several users with mixed "Microsoft Account and Azure AD account", and some of us have accounts in more than one Azure AD, just to top it off... We also upgraded Edge at the same time. I, as an example, have 3 profiles: * My Microsoft account profile: works * My Azure AD account (EDU): Works * My Azure AD account (E3, without AIP): Not syncing Confusing: Yes. kurtnguyen Sorry about that, it might look like it does'nt work. Or.. Status is: "Investigating". In short: You verify your account by phone (text code) and email (code in a email). After that, we was able to set sync on... And it stayed on.. Or it looked like it. Nice green message, sync is on, like the other accounts that I am syncing. Then we enabled multifactor auth for our users, and got a issue there. Now, we are not able to enable sync again even after removing the multifactor requirement for the users. SteveDMSFT Hi, guess you have figured it out.... Got this problem in my organization today as we rolled out Edge Chronium. Among all thing I read, this posting was one of them. My findings is that a "work/school account" signed in at Edge Chronium need to have a verifyed account and after verification need to re-signin into Edge. Several of our users have tested this procedure and it works all the time.25KViews1like3Comments
