Files Added to OneDrive Not Inheriting Folder Permissions
I am using a shared OneDrive folder (the folder is shared with everyone at my company) to store videos that are linked from a Playlist. My understanding is that if I add a new video (which has its own permissions applied) to the shared folder, it is supposed to inherit the permissions of the folder. This is not happening. I am adding videos and they are maintaining whatever their previous permissions were. They show up in the playlist with the lock icon shown below and if you click on that icon, you get a 404 error. Why would the permissions not be inherited by the file when it's moved into the shared OneDrive folder? Thanks!Confirmation emails not coming through...
The email confirmation feature is not working for Forms. The respondents are checking the option to "Send me an email receipt of my responses" and we've confirmed that emails are not being blocked or sent to spam. They don't appear to be generated at all. Is there any way to control the order in which the web parts on a SharePoint Intranet (Communication site) are displayed on the mobile app? It is showing my site "left to right" which is not how I'd want the site viewed on mobile. Try deleting the last question on the form and then re-adding it. When sharing links to Teams meeting recordings with specific people (external to our company), the emails containing the links to the recording are going to spam. StevenC365 Thanks very much for your example and guidance on this. I'm following up with the Webex user to get him more comfortable with using Teams. He's been using the Webex personal room link in his signature block so that customers can book time with him via Calendly. I'll see if he can switch to Bookings, which I believe should do the same thing.Does Microsoft Teams have an equivalent to WebEx Personal Rooms
My company is trying to decommission Webex in favor of using Microsoft Teams. Some of our Webex users use their "personal room" feature in Webex. They then send out a link to their personal room so that recurring or one-off meetings always go to their room. People can just drop-in and the link doesn't expire. Is there a way to do something like this in Teams? Thank you!
