Forms - "More information" in Likert options
Hi, I was wondering if there's any option in Forms to add some "more information/explanation" bubbles for the options that we include in a Likert-type question. I mean something like in the illustration below: appearing bubbles when you place your mouse over the option to see what the meaning of that option is.912Views0likes0CommentsSet a disclaimer when sharing screen in Teams (due to sharing confidential info, for example)
Hi, I find no option to do something in Teams when sharing my screen and I was wondering if you know an option or an alternative: We would like to add a disclaimer in certain meetings where confidential/sensitive or intelectual property is shared as a content in a meeting. We would like a disclaimer to appear all the time in the screen when sharing, to protect the information in case someone takes pictures of screencaps of the presentation. Do you know some way to do so? I find no info about it... The only default disclaimer is for meeting invites or the default recording one that appears for some seconds when a meeting is being recorded. I mean something like what I show in the screencap (but properly done, obvisouly)7.3KViews0likes2CommentsForward Multiple Teams Meetings at a once (from Outlook)
Hello everyone, I'm not pretty sure on whether this is a bug or a new functionality to be requested, so I also posted it in User Voice: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40949737-forward-multiple-teams-meetings-at-a-once-from-ou... Apologies for duplicating... It would be good to be able to forward multiple Teams meetings at a once and, therefore, that recipients can "Add that meeting to their Calendars". If you manage a huge calendar (like a CEO's), it is quite frustrating having to open all meetings one by one to add 1 single person to a bunch of meetings (in case your Committee members have changed, for instance). Right now, you can actually forward a bunch of meetings from Outlook by: Selecting all meetings from calendar and click "forward". All meetings are attached to a email and sent. The recipient must open one by one and click "Add to my calendar" The point is that, if the forwarded meetings are "Teams invites", when recipients click "Add to my calendar", they get a "permissions" error. It must be a permission thing with Teams meeting add-in from Outlook... As this same feature works with regular meetings and recipients can add them to calendar with no issue. See screencaps attached on what I mean.18KViews0likes1CommentRe: Microsoft Teams Rooms - 3x3 video
Hi, Thanks! No, but I didn’t mean in Teams desktop app (we already have it rolled-out in our company with all three features). I meant in video conference systems of Teams (Microsoft Teams Rooms). Our videoconference systems are in the latest version and I can see the raise hand... but not the 3x3 feature. So I don’t know if that particular functionality is only available in desktop app excluding conference systems (Teams Rooms). Thanks!7KViews0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Teams Rooms - 3x3 video
Hello, Does anybody know when it is expected to add the 3x3 video functionality to Microsoft Teams Rooms. We've got the latest version released in May 4.4.41.0 and we see new things like "Raise hand", but 3x3 video is not working on it... Is it enabled in this version and we should maybe restart the system several times, logout-login or something? All the information I see about news in this version is this: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/microsoft-teams-rooms-may-update/ba-p/1387779 But is says nothing about 3x3 video or "raise hand" for example. Thanks a lot!Solved7.3KViews0likes4CommentsDrag and drop documents within the Files Tab folder structure
Hello, Does anybody know if the option to move files within the Files tab folder structure will be available by dragging and dropping? Right now, the only option is by using the "Move" button or opening Files tab in SharePoint (SharePoint does allow you to move documents in the library by dragging and dropping) Thanks5.7KViews0likes3CommentsMute All option: If a presenter Mute All, is the organizer also muted?
Just a quick question... If some of the invitees are presenters and any of them click option "Mute All", is the organizer also muted? (It usually happens that we "Mute all" to avoid noise and, of course, we also mute the current speaker...) Also, I would like to know exactly when the "Mute All" option is enabled, as I cannot see this option in some meetings, is it only available when the meeting has more than 5 attendees? Is it available for "Meet Now" meetings?Solved5.4KViews0likes3Comments
