Re: API and/or PowerShell for managing MS Stream
If you're referring to Stream analytic capabilities then you can use Office 365 audit logs to get reportings (i.e. total uploads, total views, channels created, etc). This https://avept.it/2GPXCb5 might be able to help you with what you're looking for StefanFriedRe: Stream Channel: Organize/Categorize Videos
You can categorize your videos via hashtags in Microsoft Stream! Just add them in the description as a way to group up similar videos. When you click on the hashtag you'll be able to see other videos with the same tag. If you have other questions this https://avept.it/2GPXCb5 might have the answers Nick HasselbladRe: Replace a video when it has been updated
Yes, you can! This capability has been added to Microsoft Stream. Content owners and Stream admins can replace existing video files with a new version without changing the URL, video details, or permissions. You can find how to do that in this https://avept.it/2GPXCb5. Tom BubulkaRe: Workaround for accidentally deleting files in Sharepoint online
Ehab7 Hi Ehab! If you're looking to protect your org from accidental deletions then AvePoint's https://www.avepoint.com/products/cloud/backup/office-365-backup should be able to help. We're a Microsoft partner that can search and restore granular O365 content regardless of when the item was deleted. Let me know if you have any questions!6.5KViews0likes0CommentsRe: SharePoint Online Backups
As jcgonzalezmartin mentioned Microsoft does not have granular backup/restore but you can get these features through AvePoint which offers complete Office 365 coverage. Data would also be backed up for up to for times a day and you would be able to retrieve it at any time in the future. You can read more about the product https://www.avepoint.com/products/cloud/backup/office-365-backup Ollie2.6KViews0likes0Comments
