Create the Type
Hi I have a document library which has the default columnType (icon linked to document). However I don't want it can be linked to the document. So I would like to know if it is possible to remove the link for the Icon Type. I am also considering to create one Picture column which show the type icons. Could you please kindly tell how to create it? Thanks a lot!"Search this list" is not working
Hi The ID 964 is the item I can view. But when I search it with entering 964 in "Search this list", no data shows. I tried to reproduce it from other UAT sharepoint list, but was not successful. Hi All I would like to confirm if it is possible to set the selected part as one group which can define these columns RequestNumber, Member, ID,Title,Status ,CloseDate as Header. Hi I have some questions about the share point. Please kindly answer it. Thank you! 1.We tried to use ‘Find an item’ function of share point list (classic mode), but it doesn’t work well. I would like to confirm if there is any limit for this function. For example, only works on text columns, doesn’t support Japanese under English environment. 2.When changed the list mode from classic to modern, the Content Type appeared automatically. If I change [Allow management of content types?] to No, is there any risk? Like some kinds of columns will be hidden. 3.In share point list (modern mode), is it possible to let calendar for the date column show on upside, not under that column since the Description has been hidden. 4.There is a modern mode share point list that has 5000+ items, If I set the Sort in View by ID, all of the items can be showed without error, But in the same View, I change Sort to other columns(Index columns) instead of ID, error happened. Please kindly tell the reason. 5.In share point list (modern mode),I want to know if there is any way to copy the value of title or columns from the list ( the screen of the list, not click any items). It seems the copy of tile or columns is working well in classic share point list. For one item ,after click edit it, we still cannot copy value of Choice ・ Yes / No ・ Person or Group columns directly, could you please give me some tips to copy them? Hi It is about the [Find an item] function in share point online (Classic mode), sometimes when I entered the key word in[Find an item], the items with thatkey word did not show, so I would like to know if there is any limit for this function. It seems work for not only 'text' columns, but also Choices, person,etc.Embed webpart
There are two Embed webparts on the share point home page, The left webpart, we set it as menu where html(aspx) has been inserted. The right webpart, we want to realize that when the items(there are mutiple items) is clicked on the left webpart, the contents can be opened on the right hand.(different types, such PDF file and new page) I am not sure if there two parts can be connected and above can be realized.
