Hi all, I have user that requested SOC 1 & 2 reports for Sharepoint & PowerApps. Hi all, I have a question regarding scanner (device) & Azure. I have a user who wants to scan numerous documents & when he scans it, they directly go to some folder located on Azure. I presume this would be connected to Azure Blobs Storage/Azure file share? I am missing the link how would we set it up on both sides? I mean, what are the requirements? Hi all, one of my users has issues with "Distribution Groups" in Outlook. Description of error: "changes to the public group membership cannot be saved. you do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation on this object" (see attached picture) Short summary: 1.) user who wants to modify DL is an on-prem user synced to the cloud; 2.) DL she is trying to modify is cloud-only; 3.) she is the owner of the DL she is trying to modify; 4.) the user is having Outlook 2016 with an E3 license on her laptop. Questions I've asked to the user: My questions to the user over Teams: 1.) Is this the 1st time this kind of issue happened to you? 2.) when did the issue start to happen? 3.) is issue showing up only in the desktop version or owa also? 4.) were you able to configure DL previously without any issues? Her answers: 1) yes, but I think I had a similar issue on another DL this week which got resolved by itself 2) I did not try to remove any user for some weeks (4-6 weeks maybe) but I was able to add someone about 3 weeks ago. I didn't try to edit the DL since 3) it is on the desktop version - I will try in the OWA version; 4) I never had any issue and I've been the owner of that dl for years now! Some of my tests: 1.) I've added myself as the owner of DL: result: users who reported issue & I are able to modify (add/remove) DL from Outlook on the web. For the Outlook desktop version, the issue is still showing for both of us. 2.) added me through "EXO admin center -> admin roles (one of the roles is Distribution Group role) -> issue still shows in Outlook (desktop); 3.) followed article, potential causes/solutions on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/contacts/cannot-manage-distribution-group-exchange-mailbox Case 4: PS Cmdlet hasn't shown any issues My questions: 1.) what is the potential cause of this issue? 2.) what else should I check in this case? 3.) what is the solution? Hi all, I have a few questions regarding SPO & PWA. 1. How can I create "Microsoft Project" files on the PWA site and share them with colleagues of the office who are assigned a Microsoft Project O365 license? 2. Is it possible to migrate the content of the normal SharePoint site to the PWA site or configure with the same aspect of the SharePoint site to the PWA site to store all content here? Dear all, I have a question on Teams regarding channels. The "Made_Up_Group-Team" is using a Teams group called Made_Up_Group-Team. We also use the associated distribution list: DL-IO-Made_Up_Group-Team@mydomain.org. I need to invite extra "mydomain.org" members to contribute to some channels of the teams but I would like them not to be included in the distribution list. Is it possible? Hi all, one of the users reported unusual cases in his MS Teams chat. When he chats with this 1 particular external user he has to click on the notification to see the message from the user. Also, he can't write at all. (In chat bar it says, "you can't write because you are not a member of the chat) even though he is. 2nd issue - he will see external users response only if he stays in the chat all the time; Additional info: As for the issue: 1.) The issue is showing in both version (desktop & web-version); 2.) The issue already happened a long time ago. 3.) The issue only shows between user & 1 particular external contact. When a user chats with another external contact, everything works fine. 4.) No errors or warnings showing; 5.) Hi all, I would appreciate advice for Teams add-on called Mural.co. 1.) Price - in MS Store it says "some charges may apply" but it is free to download, also in Teams apps, you can add it for free. On the Mural site, it says that there are several membership levels, from 12€ to more expensive. So what do we exactly get in this Teams version of the app?; 2.) How is group assignment work for this? Can we push the app for all users in AAD? Would it be possible to manage it through security groups or security policies in Teams admin center? Hi all, I need assistance regarding awkward issue related to SPO documents. I have documents (word, excel) in the 2 SPO sites that reports that some of the documents are being modified by 3-5 different users. Problem: date stamp says that documents are modified 3 months ago by users who started to work a month ago. Any idea what could it be? Hi all, I have an issue with 2 laptops enrolled by Intune - CSV autopilot deployment. Both of them successfully deployed/enrolled in Intune. From the Intune point of view, everything is "green". Issue: we are trying to install "O365 for Windows 10" through the "Company portal" app. For 2 days status is "Download pending. Your device is syncing & will begin downloading your app shortly". Both laptops are 1909 build, fully updated. I've tried: *re-installing company portal - didn't work; *un-sync/sync again - didn't work; Any idea? Hello, We’d like to be able to have audio hybrid meetings in MS Teams. Some users need sometimes to connect to Teams meeting with a phone (no internet access or low bandwidth). The Team audio conferencing is included in the MS O365 E5 license but not in the E3 neither E1. We don’t want to subscribe to E5 for everybody. Could we subscribe to Teams audio conferencing as an option for E3 and E1 users? if yes, what is the monthly price per user? In addition, we have several questions about this option : - Country list coverage for call in and call back? - Is the option price for unlimited usage? Hi all, we have an unusual request from HR. From the HR department, we are asked to certify that a user has rebutted and has received an email warning so that it can be used in court if necessary. The account would be that of an employee but within our domain and platform O365. I believe that even though the "acknowledgment of receipt" is marked if the user deactivates this option in his client, we will not have proof of the arrival or reading of the communication by email. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin." However, the recipient still receives the email. When an email is sent externally, such as from a Gmail account, the email is received by the recipient and no bounce back to the sender. Is there any advice regarding this? Hi guys, I have a user who requested to send her list of users who watched Stream video (it's a training video). I've opened an MS Stream admin center, found the video but it is only showing me a "number of views" for this particular video. I've also tried through the "Audit log". In "audit log" I've chosen: for activity: viewed video start date: 25.05.2020 end date: 08.06.2020 the issue is I don't know what to put under "file, folder, site". Is it the name of the video or link from MS Stream location? Kr, Dino
