One Forest, two domains, one tennant.
Greetings, We currently have an old domain and a new domain within the same forest. We'd like to start migrating users from the old domain to the new, but we didn't want to disrupt their Office 365. I have read that since the two domains are within the same forest, this is possible. Does anyone know of any documentation for setting up Azure AD for seeing the new domain? Or will Azure AD connect simple replicate the new domain info in when the user is migrated? Jerry610Views0likes0CommentsCan you re-associate an Office 365 account to another AD Domain?
Greetings All, We have a situation where we have a very poorly constructed AD domain and we are building a new domain (in parallel) to replace it. We will migrate the users to the new domain and all the resources that we can. The stumbling block is that the users on the old domain have already been associated to Office 365 accounts. If we migrate the users to the new AD domain, will it break the connection to their O365 accounts, and if so can they be re-associated to the migrated account on the new AD domain?927Views0likes1Comment
