Re: New Outlook Desktop 365 Add-ins Not Showing on Secondary Mailboxes
Unfortunately, since the New Outlook for Windows is still in the preview stage, not everything works as expected. While our add-in does work for the primary account in the new Outlook, secondary mailboxes are not supported at the moment due to the current limitations of the new Outlook for Windows. For best experience, we still recommend using the classic Outlook.2.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: User photos in O365
Nick_North Hi, For security reasons, access to the application is limited to users who have the necessary permissions granted in Azure AD. They don’t need to have the global admin rights. Company-wide management of user photos can be delegated to other (non-admin) users or groups. See this article to learn which permissions are required: https://www.codetwo.com/userguide/user-photos-for-office-365/platforms-requirements.htm#permissions Anyway, we know that you’re already in contact with our Customer Success Team, so they’ll help you set everything up.4.8KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Buisness signature administration
RasmusKloster You can use mail flow rules to handle that. This method is not perfect, but might be a bit better than letting each and every employee set up signatures on their own. Here's a video tutorial which shows the setup process. The mail flow rule creator has been redesigned recently, but you can get the general idea on how to get the task done.592Views0likes0CommentsRe: Outlook roaming options
At the moment, the feature is being rolled out for Outlook for Windows only and not for every update channel (more info on the roadmap: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=60371 ). The roadmap doesn't seem to include plans for expanding the feature's support, so I wouldn't expect it to be shipped anytime soon.1.6KViews0likes1CommentRe: Automatic signature display configuration
Mail flow rules allow you only to add the signature to the end of an email thread. Currently, there's no way to add signatures/disclaimers at the end of each email in a thread. The only thing you can do to prevent email signatures from stacking is to add an exception to the rule (here's a video in which we show how to configure it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpvWMMg7r6A), but the signature will still stay at the bottom of the conversation.619Views0likes0CommentsRe: User rights to migrate only some mailboxes
You can create a user account with limited access rights. You'll simply need to manually assign Application Impersonation and View-Only Configuration roles (https://www.codetwo.com/kb/how-to-set-impersonation-rights-manually/) and limit their scope.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Email Signatures Not Syncing
It seems that you might have set up the email signature in Outlook for Windows, which doesn't sync to Outlook on the web. Outlook on the web can't have a name for a signature. To get an email signature on Outlook on the web, you need to set up a separate signature in this client (here are instructions on how to do that). You can use both the mobile device or desktop for that, but doing it on desktop is going to be much easier. How it used to work before is a mystery to me, but it seems you simply had a signature set up in Outlook on the web before.75KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Outlook signature on android mobile web browser
Thanks for the mention. That's right, our third-party tool can be used to automatically convert all emails to HTML and apply email signatures with images, styling and so on. Neither Outlook for Android nor the default Android's Mail App supports HTML email signatures natively at the moment, you can only set a plain-text signature in those email clients (https://www.mail-signatures.com/articles/how-to-set-up-or-change-an-android-email-signature)9KViews1like0CommentsRe: Delete content many mailboxes in bulk

Also, take a look at the troubleshooting section in this article: https://www.codetwo.com/admins-blog/start-remote-powershell-session-connect-exchange-office-365/#troubleshooting . It should help you resolve the issue.1.7KViews0likes0CommentsRe: My own mail-signature to a shared Inbox
AnneVoorburg There are a few methods to make it work. If you add a shared mailbox as a second account, you should be able to choose it in the signature settings later on. But that works only for the desktop Outlook. Learn more. For Outlook on the web, I'm afraid it's not possible to have more than one signature for a mailbox (even a shared one), so the only way to handle it would be to change the signature every time, or use a 3rd party tool.2.6KViews1like0CommentsRe: QR Code
FulvioSpelta The feature is currently on UserVoice, so it might be a good idea to upvote it if you need it. In the meantime, the only way to add QR codes is to generate & add them manually to the invitations. Here's a freeware tool that lets you generate QR codes106KViews0likes0CommentsRe: SharePoint Online - Profile pictures missing
miclarsen1 We're glad CodeTwo User Photos for Office 365 helps! Just wanted to mention that Microsoft 365 can take up to 72 hours to synchronize photos to SharePoint. Also, you can go to SharePoint admin center > Manage User Profiles and make sure that the Picture Exchange Sync State is set to 1.2.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Tenant to Tentant Migrations - Which Third-Party Providers?
OllyLennox Hi, I'm a rep of CodeTwo and just wanted to add that CodeTwo Office 365 Migration comes with a free trial version, so I'd recommend giving it a try. This way you can run a test T2T migration for a couple of mailboxes to see how it works. Of course, in case you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me or our Customer Service team directly. Always happy to help. As for pricing, it's available on this website: https://www.codetwo.com/office-365-migration/pricing All the best, Adam7.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Move to O365 and Add PST files to outlook
hntaurus It does make sense, although this migration method requires some manual work. You can export mailboxes to PST, using the New-MailboxExportRequest (here's more information about this method) and then use the Outlook import tool, or upload them to Azure storage.1.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Email Deployment Issue
Hi RevLV, CodeTwo's rep over here. Regarding the article you followed, please note that before migrating mailboxes you had to disable the synchronization of the msExchMailboxGuid attribute between on-premises AD users and Office 365 users. But even without this attribute Office 365 users are still synchronized with AD and that is why they need to be managed via on-premises Exchange. If you have already deleted the mailboxes from your on-premises environment (or decommissioned the on-premises server), you need to disable directory synchronization to be able to manage migrated mailboxes through Office 365. Please see this KB article for details: https://www.codetwo.com/kb/managing-mailboxes-in-hybrid-environment/. All the best, Adam1.1KViews0likes0Comments
